What is AI Bicep Heart?
A web tool that turns one photo into a video of you doing the bicep heart trend from TikTok. Upload one waist-up photo and get a 7-second vertical video of you making the viral bicep heart, with the trend's sound, in HD 720p. There is nothing to film, no app to install and no prompt to write.
What is the bicep heart?
A pose that went viral on TikTok: you flex one arm, bend that hand down at the wrist and bring your other hand over to meet it above the bicep, so your hands and the muscle make a heart. People post it as a cute, slightly silly way to send love to a partner, a crush or friends.
What do I upload, and what do I get?
One photo of one person, ideally waist up, facing the camera with both arms visible (JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 4 MB). You get a 7-second vertical 9:16 MP4 with the trend's sound in HD 720p, ready for TikTok, Reels and Shorts, with a Download button.
Is it free?
Signing in with Google gives a new account free credits for one video. The Generate button shows the credits a video uses before you start, and a video that fails gives its credits back automatically.
Do I need big biceps?
No. The heart comes from the shape your hands make with your arm, not from muscle size, and the AI keeps your own build from the photo. A small bicep heart is just as cute, and plenty of people play it for laughs.
Does the video have the TikTok sound?
Yes. The finished video carries the trend's sound, so it is ready to post. On TikTok you can also pick a sound from the app's library when you post.
How long does it take?
Usually a few minutes. You can leave the page while it works; the finished video appears under the form and in My videos.
Why do I have to sign in?
Each video takes real computing time, so videos are made for signed-in accounts only. Sign-in uses your Google account; your videos then stay in My videos, where you can download them again.
Will it look like me?
Your photo is the only reference for the person in the video, so face, hair, skin tone, build and outfit come from it. AI video can still change small details such as fingers or clothing; a sharp, waist-up, front-facing photo works best.
Can I put two people in the video?
No. The template takes one photo of one person. To send a bicep heart back and forth, make a second video from your partner's or friend's photo, with their permission.
Can I choose another pose, length or format?
No. This site makes one thing and does it well: the bicep heart, 7 seconds, vertical 9:16, HD 720p, with sound.
Is there a watermark?
No. The MP4 you download has no watermark. When you post it, label it as AI-generated using the platform's setting.
Whose photos can I use?
Yourself, or an adult who agreed to be in the video. Do not upload photos of children, celebrities or public figures, or anyone who has not given permission. Nudity and sexual content are blocked by the video model's safety filter.
Is my photo private?
Your photo is used only to make your video and is not published or shown to other visitors. Files are stored at long, random links. See the privacy policy for details and how to ask for deletion.
Is AI Bicep Heart affiliated with TikTok or the trend's creators?
No. AI Bicep Heart is an independent fan tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to TikTok, the creators who made the trend popular, or the creators of its sound. Despite the name, it has nothing to do with the electronic duo Bicep.
